Conclave

Conclave 2026 is being hosted by Wisawanik Lodge at Camp Simpson, located near Milburn, OK, the weekend of May 1-3, 2026. Conclave will be co-hosted by Washita Lodge.  Check out our Facebook page.  The theme is “One Spark, Countless Legacies”.

Bring your Medical Parts A/B to turn in. Lodges will tent in their own campsite, using your own tents and cots (pads/platforms available).  If a lodge cannot satisfy overnight gender supervision, prior arrangements can be made to ensure female Arrowmen can attend.

Conclave is a fun filled event which brings together all the Order of the Arrow Lodges from across Oklahoma and Arkansas in warm fellowship.

Throughout the weekend there will be opportunities for games and to win the coveted Golden Arrow.   Some activities will require a waiver (signed by parent, if under 18), which will be available during registration or on this page closer to the Conclave.

Registration is now OPEN (Early-Bird until March 22nd), under your home lodge and you are set for a great time! If this is your first time attending Conclave, be sure to check the box under “OTHER INFORMATION” during registration to get a ticket for the VIA Luncheon. 

Early bird registration is only $60 and ends at 11:59pm on March 22nd. The regular fee is $70 until April 19th. It’s $90 after that and registration closes on May 1st. Sign up TODAY!

New Inductees get the $60 price until May 1st, with a special link from their lodge leadership.

There’s a limited one-day pass for $30, but cannot stay overnight.

Please note: All meals are included in the full registration starting with Friday night Cracker Barrel. Participants will receive a commemorative Section Conclave patch.

All fees will be collected by the Section at time of registration. All Scouting America Medicals Part A&B will be collected through participant’s home lodge and must be submitted to your lodge contingent leader prior to Conclave.
